Shipping Policy
Each Jon Brady USA wallet is individually handcrafted and inspected before leaving our studio. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after completion.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $10 flat rate
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $25 flat rate
- Complimentary Shipping on domestic orders over $500
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. All shipments require a valid delivery address and may require signature confirmation at our discretion.
International Shipping
Jon Brady USA ships to select international destinations.
We do not ship to countries with a high incidence of fraudulent or lost packages. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we currently do not service that region.
- Exotic Leather Restrictions: Due to CITES regulations, alligator and other exotic leather goods can only be shipped within the United States. Orders containing these items cannot be exported.
- International Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — $45 flat rate
- Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees imposed by their country. Jon Brady USA is not liable for packages held by customs or returned for unpaid fees.
- Carrier Delays: International shipments may be subject to inspection or delays outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
All orders include tracking to the destination provided at checkout. Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, Jon Brady USA is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at info@jonbradyusa.com so we can assist where possible. Replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Packaging
Each wallet is secured in protective wrapping and presented in our signature gift box for safe transit.
Delays & Corrections
If an address is entered incorrectly by the customer and returned to us, reshipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays caused by customs clearance or postal service issues are outside our control, but we will assist with tracking updates whenever possible.
