Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each Jon Brady USA wallet is handcrafted to the highest standard of precision and quality. Because every piece is made by hand and produced in limited quantities, returns and exchanges are extremely limited.


Final Sale

All products are final sale unless a clear defect is present upon delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized wallets

  • International orders


Order Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you believe an item is defective or incorrect, contact info@jonbradyusa.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Approved returns must be in brand-new, unused condition, returned in the original packaging.


Repairs

Minor repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be offered at our discretion.
Proof of purchase from Jon Brady USA is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during transit.


International Orders

All international orders are final sale.
Jon Brady USA is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or fees related to import or export laws. If an international order is returned due to unpaid import duties or restricted materials, shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.


Exotic Leathers

Due to CITES and wildlife trade regulations, wallets made from alligator or other exotic materials cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance once shipped.
