Shipping & Orders
How long does it take to ship my wallet?
Each wallet is handcrafted in small numbers. If it’s in stock, it ships within three business days. For new builds, please allow two to three weeks for completion.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking and insurance. Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your location.
Are all wallets fully leather-lined?
Yes. Every Jon Brady wallet is fully lined in leather — including the cash pocket and all interior layers. No fabric, no shortcuts.
Materials & Craft
What types of leather do you use?
Jon Brady USA works exclusively with the world’s finest leathers. European calfskin, French chèvre goatskin, Italian vegetable-tanned hides, Shell Cordovan, and American alligator.
Every hide is selected for its natural grain, depth, and integrity, then shaped, stitched, and finished by hand in our workshop.
What makes Jon Brady wallets different?
Each piece is cut, assembled, and saddle-stitched by one craftsman. Edges are layered, sanded, and painted by hand for a seamless finish.

Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my wallet?
Avoid water and direct heat. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store in its dust bag when not in use. Condition sparingly with a neutral leather cream if needed.
High-quality leathers develop a natural patina, this evolution is part of their beauty.
Can I condition exotic leather?
Yes, but use restraint. A light application of neutral conditioner once or twice a year is sufficient. Avoid heavy oils or waxes.
Repairs & Support
Do you offer repairs or restoration?
We stand behind our work. Stitch repairs and edge refinishing within three years are complimentary. Beyond that, we offer full restoration services to keep your wallet looking its best.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@jonbradyusa.com with photos of the packaging and item.
We’ll resolve it immediately.
